Your role

As Quality Manager, you'll be responsible for monitoring the quality of our inspections and reports. You'll be involved in the work itself daily: you'll supervise inspections, review reports, answer technical questions, train new inspectors, and mentor inspectors where needed. You'll identify trends, address bottlenecks, and ensure our inspection service continuously grows in professionalism and reliability. You'll work closely with everyone within the organization. Your insight and clear communication will maintain high quality, and colleagues will know they can rely on you.

Who are you?

You have a background in construction, real estate, or inspection work and possess a keen eye for detail. You enjoy mentoring colleagues and providing substantive feedback. You communicate clearly, prioritize effectively, and maintain an overview of various processes. Whether you're reviewing a report, assisting an inspector with a construction issue, or fine-tuning a procedure, you always prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Experience as a quality manager or coordinator is welcome, but not required. Several years of relevant experience in the construction or inspection sector and a solid technical foundation are more important to us.
