Homekeur B.V. processes personal data and considers it important that this is handled carefully, securely and transparently. In this privacy statement, we explain which personal data we process, for what purpose and what rights you have.

Homekeur B.V. is the controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that Homekeur B.V. determines which personal data is processed, for what purpose and in what manner.

Homekeur B.V. ensures that your personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and in a proper and careful manner.

Personal Data

Homekeur B.V. processes personal data as referred to in Article 4 paragraph 1 of the GDPR. Personal data is all data that can be traced back to an identified or identifiable natural person. In the context of its services, Homekeur B.V. processes, among other things, the following personal data:

  • Information about the home or object to which the order relates

These data are used to carry out orders such as building inspections, energy labels and related services.

Basis for processing

Homekeur B.V. processes personal data solely on the basis of one of the grounds from Article 6 of the GDPR. In most cases, processing is necessary for the performance of an agreement to which you are a party.

In addition, Homekeur B.V. can process personal data based on your consent, for example when you enter data via an order form or contact form. When placing an order, Homekeur B.V. requests: to explicitly agree to the terms and conditions and this privacy statement.

Purpose of the processing

Homekeur B.V. processes personal data solely for the following purposes:

  • to perform agreed services
  • to communicate with clients
  • to prepare and provide reports
  • to comply with legal obligations
  • to improve services

Homekeur B.V. does not process more personal data than is necessary for these purposes.

Security of personal data

Homekeur B.V. Homekeur B.V. takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or unlawful processing, in accordance with Article 24 of the GDPR.
