What does an inspection look like?

It's your responsibility to arrive at the property on time and prepare the initial details. Suddenly, two nervous clients appear. Although their offer for the property has been accepted, they're still concerned about its structural condition. Your crucial role is to independently assess the property, allowing the clients to decide if this is truly their dream home. Together with them, you'll tour the entire property and identify any defects. You'll take photos on-site and document any shortcomings directly on your tablet. Upon returning home, you'll work out the full report from your professionally equipped workspace.

  • You are a true professional and have at least 5 years of experience in construction.
  • You are critical and have an eye for detail.
