For commercial buildings up to 100 m² of usable floor space, Homekeur charges €490 excluding VAT. If the building is larger, we charge based on square meters. For example:
- 200 m²: €543.72
- 500 m²: €704.88
- 1000 m²: €973.47
For buildings larger than 500 m², the price can be adjusted based on complexity.

What happens if I don't have an energy label?
You may be fined or banned from renting out or using your property for certain purposes. Enforcement is handled by environmental services.
How long is a label valid?
10 years. Unless major changes are made to the property.
Who is allowed to draw up the energy label?
Only a certified EPA-U advisor who works according to the BRL 9500 and NTA 8800 standards.
