All amounts mentioned include VAT

  • For homes up to 375m2 (approximately 1000m3 ) of living space during a building inspection.
  • For homes up to 190m2 (approximately 500m3 ) of living space with an Energy Label and building survey.
  • The additional charge per square meter is €0.65 incl. VAT (if not specified correctly, this will still be charged).
  • Cancelling orders up to 24 hours in advance (on working days) is no problem.
  • If an inspection is cancelled on the day of the appointment, you will pay 100%. For new orders, you will receive a €100.00 discount.
  • Maximum one house number, 1 home.
  • Crawl spaces and roofs are inspected in accordance with our conditions below, provided the inspector finds no obstructions on site and, of course, deems the situation safe and responsible.
  • Furthermore, our general terms and conditions apply
  • Additional charge for inspection on the Wadden Islands: €150.

Easily request an energy label for your home

The cost of an energy label (up to 190 m²) is only €349 including VAT. A certified energy advisor will visit you, inspect the property, and officially register the energy label in EP-online. If the property is larger than 190 m², we charge €0.65 per additional square meter. Do you have any questions?
