Your role

You ensure everything runs smoothly!

Are you someone who keeps an overview when others lose track? Do you enjoy helping customers, creating schedules, and ensuring that colleagues head out well-prepared every day? Then this position at Homekeur is for you.

You are often the first point of contact for customers, schedule inspections throughout the Netherlands, and ensure that our inspectors know exactly where they need to be. Thanks to your organizational skills, every workday runs smoothly.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

Je start de dag met een kop koffie en bekijkt welke nieuwe aanvragen er zijn binnengekomen. Een klant belt met vragen over een bouwkundige keuring, terwijl een inspecteur laat weten dat een afspraak moet worden verplaatst omdat hij in de file staat. Jij schakelt snel, denkt in oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat de planning weer klopt.

Gedurende de dag beantwoord je telefoontjes en e-mails, plan je bouwkundige keuringen, energielabels, meetrapporten en funderingsonderzoeken in en houd je contact met inspecteurs. Je bewaakt de voortgang van opdrachten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten altijd weten waar ze aan toe zijn.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie zo leuk.

You're a commercially oriented individual with strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships. You have a proactive attitude and enjoy working independently, as well as being part of a smaller, engaged team.
